Following the majorly popular release of their Autodesk Revit plug-in, Dulux Australia have made the Dulux World of Colour Atlas available for another popular Building Information Modelling software platform.
According to an official press release, “the features will enable designers and specifiers to quickly and simply integrate over 4900 free Dulux colour files”, a monumental amount of content that will surely add a whole new lease of life to Building Information Models. It will also ensure that colour selected within the BIM can be easily sourced from Dulux’s back catalogue once the building is in real-life development.
Dulux Australia National Specifications Manager, Mathew Henson expressed his delight at the release: “We are thrilled to introduce these new features to ARCHICAD® users, ensuring we are leading and supporting the industry with premium tools and technologies. The easy to use colour data will integrate seamlessly with projects, assisting colour creativity and documentation.”
As you may have guessed, the plug-in is compatible with the latest version of ARCHICAD, ARCHICAD 19. It is currently only available in Australia, so those who active in the #BIMANZ region are in luck!
