BIMcrunch’s parent company Space Group will be represented at Autodesk University 2015, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The three day event will take place at The Venetian and begins one week today, December 1st, 2015, concluding on December 3rd. Team members representing bimstore, BIM.Technologies and Space Architects will be in attendance, and they will exhibit our latest company developments.

bimstore’s stand will certainly catch your eye, as the team will be taking a ball pool all the way to the US‘ Silver State. bimstore will launch their special #GrabOurBalls campaign at the conference, in association with cancer charity, Orchid. #GrabOurBalls involves the aforementioned 2m x 2m ball pit filled with 1500 blue and yellow balls. Some balls are numbered and these will correspond to prizes, including fun bimstore-themed goodies and exciting tech-related products.

“We are delighted to be exhibiting at Autodesk University and be help the efforts of Orchid in the process,” stated Rob Charlton, Chief Executive at Space Group. “Our campaign is a tongue-in-cheek reference to a very serious health concern, and we are pleased to be able to raise awareness alongside showcasing what our team of innovators and experts have been up to recently.”

Specifi, bimstore’s mobile specification tool will also be on display, as will the new website explaining the product’s functionality. Our article here also provides more details.

Partners of bimstore in the United States, Read | Thomas, will also be on-hand to discuss how the Stateside portal is progressing.

In addition to all of those events, there is the bimstore Party to look forward to also.

Autodesk‘s flagship event will also see Space Group’s specialist R&D division SAT launch a brand-new product, and BIMcrunch will have exclusive details of its release on Day One of #AU2015.

Teasing what this new invention will provide, BIM.Technologies’ Technology Director, Adam Ward teased: “For a number of years now, our Information Managers have utilised a clash detection management platform on their projects, created by our internal team of developers. When we have presented this platform to our clients, we have been blown away by the positive response.

“Because of that reaction, we have been working extremely hard to improve this cloud-based software and bring it to market. It turns an eight hour task into a five minute process and is like nothing currently available. We’re looking forward to it making an impact at AU.”

Whilst the launch will happen in Vegas, it is safe to say this product won’t stay in Vegas!
