Abantia, Cots i Claret and PGI Engineering team for Banque de la République d’Haïti BIM project

A supergroup of engineering and contracting experts are teaming up for a Building Information Modelling project on the island of Haiti.

A brand new Banque de la République d’Haïti (Central Bank of Haiti) will be constructed by Spanish companies Abantia and Cots i Claret, two firms that regularly team together for major developments. They are going into business with PGI Engineering, also based in Spain, making up quite the trio with over 75 years of combined experience.

The new bank is estimated to exceed €25m according to Empresa Exterior.

The site will be 9,200sqm in total, 1,460sqm of which will be used for parking and technical rooms. The administrative building has also been confirmed to be five floors high.
