Today’s guest is a French-Canadian professional currently based in the United Arab Emirates. Anthony Lapierre is a BIM Transformation Manager at Atkins and will be speaking at February 2016’s Future BIM Implementation – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia event. Previewing that conference appearance, Anthony shares details of what he may be discussing. Note: The conference was originally scheduled for November 2nd, 2015 so Anthony’s presentation may be changed from what was envisaged when the interview was recorded.

Elsewhere in the interview, Anthony sheds light on his globe-trotting career thus far working on some of the world’s most exciting megaprojects. He discusses swapping success in Montreal for a career in Dubai, moving back and forth between both countries twice, the difference in running his own business to working for some of the globe’s largest firms and managing teams of 50+ Revit professionals.

Anthony also provides in-depth details on some of his most accomplished projects such as BS 1192 adhering Al Meena Residential Tower and the McGill University Health Center.
