Gradon Architecture, an architecture practice in the North East of England have cemented their commitment in Building Information Modelling through the appointment of four new staff members tasked with developing their delivery of projects that utilise the technological process.

John Carr, who has nine years experience, plus Daniel Salkeld, Robert Eaton and Simon Baker have joined the firm. Their Design Director, Graham McDarby commented on the new members of the team and what their hirings mean for the business.

“John’s combination of knowledge and expertise will be a strong addition to the team, focusing on traditional forms of procurement which we are starting to see a re-emergence of, as well as large scale industrial, commercial and bespoke private residential projects.

“It is also fantastic to also be able to offer Robert, Simon and Daniel the opportunity to start their careers with us. We’re always keen to support and nurture local talent and we’re looking forward to seeing their careers progress. In turn, the talent they bring to us enables us to develop our delivery of projects in BIM.”
