Late last month, Geospatial Media held the GeoBIM 2015 event in Lisbon, Portugal, an event that BIMcrunch acted as Media Partner to, and were also in attendance for.

The event was a resounding success as part of the larger INSPIRE – Geospatial World Forum conference, with delegates flocking from across the globe to learn about the latest developments in BIM, geospatial technologies and laser scanning. For those who were unable to make it, the organisers have now released the presentations of all the speakers.

Speakers representing Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Italy, The Netherlands, South Africa , South Korea, the United Kingdom and the United States were in attendance, with thirteen presentations containing BIM value available to view in total.

If you are interested in viewing the PowerPoints from across the entire five-day INSPIRE spectacle, you can take a look at those too, as ALL presentations from as across disciplines of the conference are available. That is quite the trove of information!

Our own coverage of GeoBIM will conclude on Monday when we release our eagerly-anticipated Best BIM Bad BIM audio special with GeoBIM speaker, buildingSMART UK‘s Vice Chair, Anne Kemp. A preview of the interview was released this week, in which Anne had stark advice for those who are still refusing to utilise BIM and reap its advantages.

Our Editor also gave a review of the conference in his Editorial column.
