BIM Show Live for Manufacturers to return, date announced

BIM Show Live for Manufacturers 4

BIM Show Live spin-off BIM Show Live for Manufacturers is to return, it was announced today.

BIM Show Live for Manufacturers 2015 will like its predecessor take place at The Building Centre, London on Thursday, June 11th, 2015 and is in association with bimstore.

Graitec will once again sponsor the event, that according to the official announcement “is tailored exclusively to present BIM to manufacturers that might be looking to take the next step” with “plenty of time to get all your burning BIM questions answered”.

The one-day event will feature an Opening Address and four guest speakers, the latter of whom will discuss BIM implementation as per the Define & Validate, Design & Prototype, Manufacture & Assemble and Operate & Maintain format.

An official Twitter account has been established for the event and those who sign-up to attend are encouraged to use the official hashtag: #BSL4M.

Each ticket to the event, which includes entry, lunch and refreshments, will cost £35, an affordable and competitive amount in the current climate. For manufacturers who want to know more about the level of data they need to include in their components or what steps they need to take to begin their ‘BIM journey’, then this will be the perfect event to attend.

BIM Show Live Founder and CEO of Space Group, Rob Charlton commented exclusively to BIMcrunch on the recently-announced return of #BSL4M. He said: “At Space Group, we understand the importance of manufacturer content. _space Architects specify the content and bimstore create it. As we have experience in various areas of a project lifecycle, we know that manufacturer specific content is incredibly important.

“We look forward to highlighting the importance of having manufacturers involved in the process as early as possible in London on June 11th. If you are ready to get to grips with BIM, this is the event that will help you get on your way.”
