Popular conference EcoBuild returned for 2015 yesterday, and Day One featured some fantastic Building Information Modelling-related presentations, mostly focusing on the UK Government-backed Digital Toolkit.
Speaking of the project, the BIM Task Group‘s Head of BIM Prof. David Philp announced a more concrete release date for the tool in one of his presentations at the event, held in Excel London. He later clarified the date in a tweet following his talk:
Presentations from the aforementioned Philp were alongside NBS representation in the form of Adrian Malleson and Dr. Stephen Hamil, whilst BIM for landscape architecture evangelist Henry Fenby-Taylor also chatted about BIM from the Aggregate UK stand.
