Building announce 2015 Awards shortlist, BIM Initiative of the Year nominees

The UK‘s leading construction magazine Building have announced the shortlist for the Building Awards 2015, including the nominees for BIM Initiative of the Year.

Seven companies have made the final BIM-related ballot, with the line-up including the likes of AECOM, Laing O’Rourke and Turner & Townsend.

Hot on the heels of the announcement of their Australian expansion, BIM Academy are nominated for their BIM for Facilities Management services. The company began offering their BAFM solution following a hugely successful project concerning the Sydney Opera House, a pre-cursor to their move Down Under.

Virtual Viewing‘s anticipated SlimBIM is also up for the award, alongside Arup for their UK BIM Taskforce. View the entire list of nominees below:
