Monodraught are the latest company to launch objects for implementation within Building Information Modelling software.
The Buckinghamshire-based firm are known for their ventilation specialism, and three cool-phasing ventilation products are now BIM ready. The Cool-phase Fascia, Cool-phase Suspended Ceiling and Cool-phase Exposed Void products are now available for download and are compatible with Autodesk Revit.
Cool-phase is an eco-friendly cooling and ventilation system which creates a healthy environment whilst cutting running costs and energy consumption as the room is kept to thermally comfortable temperature. Bringing Monodraught products into the fray between air-conditioning and ventilation BIM objects will only make the market richer for companies investing in BIM.
Each object comes with three configurations of thermal battery to ensure the customer can access the correct level of performance that they require.
Discussing the launch of his company’s objects, Monodraught Technical Director Nick Hopper said: “The launch of the Cool-phase BIM Objects continues Monodraught’s long history of integrating products within Building Simulation and CAD software.”
