BIM Vacancies: Leica Geosystems hiring BIM Technical Consultant

Leica Geosystems are the latest company spotlighted in our BIM Vacancies feature.

The geographical measurement systems corporation are hiring a BIM Technical Consultant EMEA to be based in their Milton Keynes office in the UK.


The purpose of the position is to drive BIM competency in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region and also to develop BIM workflows for product positioning and business development.


Additional duties to be carried out as part of the role include preparing demonstration material for BIM pre-sales, demonstrating the various BIM solutions that Leica offer to prospects, and devising BIM training programmes amongst other tasks.


If you should be interested in the position, Leica require that you be a Bachelor is civil engineering or possess an equivalent qualification. The company also requests that interested candidates possess a minimum of three years experience working on BIM projects, have an elite understanding of BIM software and how it can be best utilised and can showcase exemplary interpersonal and organisational skills.


Once employed, the chosen BIM expert will work under Tahir Sharif, Leica Geosystems’ Director of Software Solutions EMEA.
