BIM Vacancies: DACM Project Management hiring BIM/GIS Coordinator

Professional construction management firm DACM Project Management are the latest company spotlighted in our BIM Vacancies feature.

Established in 1987, DACM are looking for a BIM/GIS Coordinator to join their Los Angeles office.

 

Working under the related BIM requirements for projects. The Coordinator will also manage ‘BIM to project’ requirements such as asset data requirements for system model objects, clash detection and Title 24 energy requirements.

 

Other tasks include “monitoring, tracking, and reconciling the Design Team’s and Construction Team’s submittal data, generating 4D reports for archives and ensure the correct data and files are stored in Los Angeles Community College District systems.

 

Minimum requirements for the role include five years recent experience working in architecture or construction management with a focus on Building Information Modelling, strong competency in Autodesk Revit, a proficiency in clash detection and extensive knowledge of 4D BIM.

 

The annual salary for the position is $70,000 to $80,000 and if interested, you need to be quick as the deadline for the listing is August 20th, 2014.
