With the 2022 World Cup looming, Qatar and their plethora of development projects are in need of BIM experts and another vacancy has been advertised online.
The company advertising the listing are one of the Sunday Times’ ’25 Best Big Companies to Work For’ and are a global design consultancy.
They are recruiting a BIM Manager who can “lead, manage and develop the Building Information Modelling implementation for projects for the technical group” whilst ensuring that local authority guidelines and regulations are adhered to. In addition, the chosen applicant must also develop in-house capability across the entire tech team.
Requirements for the role include 10 to 15 years experience as a BIM Manager, team management experience, an extensive knowledge of BIM software and a stable work history.
As well as the salary for the position, the successful BIM Manager will get annual free flights back to their home country, a housing allowance and the salary is also tax-free.
