The University of the West of England, Bristol are seeking a new Building Information Modelling expert to join their ranks.
The role, entitled Research Fellow: Building Information Modelling and Emergency Response, will see the successful candidate “manage and conduct highly specialist research work relating to BIM and emergency response” and “contribute to the development of research bids” amongst other key tasks.
The Research Associate must have an Electro-Mechanical engineering focus and will be working on an externally funded project.
Skills that applicants must have the University are looking for include:
– A PhD in a related discipline
– Experience in graph/network/matrix algorithms
– Expertise in programming languages
– A track record of research and publication in a relevant field
The role is fixed term until January 2017 with an expected salary of between £30,728 – £36,661(pro rata) if part time.
