BIMcrunch’s latest round-up of BIM Vacancies see companies based in London and Reading seeking a BIM Manager and 5-D BIM Information Manager respectively.
The company based in the nation’s capital or not named yet are being represented by design and architecture recruitment agency Adrem.
The BIM Manager role will see the chosen candidate train Project BIM Managers and other staff, provide BIM users with day-to-day issues, create and update Revit contact to be used across all projects and coordinate the application of BIM across developments in London and Edinburgh, keeping them in accordance with AEC (UK) BIM standard and the CIC BIM Protocol.

The second listing made available today is based at the University of Reading as a 5-D BIM Information Manager.
This vacancy’s salary is £26,000 per annum (depending on experience) and is a fixed term of 2 years. The University are looking for someone with a 2:1 BSc in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or another relevant field, experience of working within a team and an extensive knowledge of IT platforms related to the construction industry.
The interview date is Monday July 14th, 2014 and the position even comes with a £4000 training allowance to spend on the chosen candidate’s future development.
