The dates for the 2016 instalment of Digital Construction Week have been confirmed.
DCW 2016 is to commence on October 26th, ending the following day. The conference has the new tagline of “innovation in the built environment”, further putting over the type of content that will be featured.
Not much is known about the event thus far, but a new yellow colour scheme was unveiled alongside a Twitter announcement:

“Following the first event last year we’ve spent the last few months working hard on plans for 2016. We’ll have a number of announcements to make over the next month or so along with a new website going live at the end of Jan.
“We’ve had some great feedback from the first event but we’re keen to grow and engage the wider industry. We’ll again explore the opportunities associated with new technologies and processes. But crucially where to start, and what all this innovation really means. Something we really want to target is the practicalities from a business perspective.
“We’ll be making our conference free to attend and bringing all the content down on to the show floor with a larger 150 seater theatre. The BIM4 Village will make a welcome return exclusively featuring presentations from the BIM working groups. We’re also finalising plans for a start-up village, major projects/client pavilion, and are due an announcement on our Westminster Reception which will once again kick off the week.”
To refresh your memory of last year’s DCW, how about having a listen to our audio interviews from the conference? We chatted to eighteen industry experts representing the likes of Asite, BIM2050, Class of Your Own and The B1M.
The new-look DCW website launches next week. However, you can follow the latest updates on the conference over at the official DCW Twitter account – @DigiConWeek.
